A Zone Banner Ads are still images. Ads that run in the B Zone can either be a still image, slideshow, video, or animated graphics, but there is NO audio. The C Zone content can either be video or animated graphics and includes AUDIO. Combo B and C Zones offer an opportunity to run one slideshow ad in the B Zone (no audio) and one video ad with audio in C Zone. Both ads in Zones B and C are the same length. Combo ads in Zones B and C do not run in sync together.

ONCE YOU SUBMIT YOU'LL BE TAKEN TO A PAYMENT PAGE.

**CONTRACT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

CONTRACT LENGTHS AND PAYMENT:   
Advertising space is limited and ads are subject to programming space availability.

The Sea Media Network ADVERTISING COUPONS cannot be combined, exchanged, transferred, replaced or refunded once sold.  Programming of ads will occur within one week after receipt of scheduled coupon offer.  The original purchaser must use ADVERTISING COUPONS for own product or service. Season Packages MUST be paid in full.  Payment in full is due upon signing of contract.  Coupon Offers ONLY APPLY to CAMERA/TV-READY ads.  NO INSERTION fees are charged.  Production is not included in the coupon packet costs.

CONTRACT CONDITIONS:
Ads are subject to programming space availability.  Gumbs Group, LLC has final approval of the content of the advertisement spot(s) and its positioning on Sea Media Network with accordance to this agreement. Sea Media, LLC/Gumbs Group, LLC, its agents and representatives will not be liable for any errors in content distribution/narrowcasting/broadcast/airing. In no event will Sea Media, LLC/Gumbs Group, LLC, its agents and representatives be liable for client’s loss of profits or other consequential damages even if Sea Media, LLC/Gumbs Group, LLC, its agents and representatives have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Client shall indemnify Sea Media, LLC/Gumbs Group, LLC, its agents and representatives harmless against any claims by any third party.

Advertisements, features and any other productions, produced by Gumbs Group, LLC for Sea Media Network, are the sole property of Gumbs Group, LLC and cannot be run on any other media without the expressed written consent of Gumbs Group, LLC.

If Client utilizes an Agency, the Agency and the Client shall be jointly and severally liable for payment and compliance with all terms of this agreement.  In no event shall Sea Media, LLC/Gumbs Group, LLC, its agents and representatives be liable to the Agency for its fees and commissions.

All photographs, artwork, raw footage video, or any other property are held at the customer’s risk.  Sea Media, LLC/Gumbs Group, LLC assumes no responsibility for loss or damage by fire, water, aging or any other cause.  Annual and nine-month contracts may be cancelled by either party with a 30-day written notice.  If there is a cancellation, Sea Media, LLC/Gumbs Group, LLC will retain the total costs of production, editing, and narrowcasting/airing (including talent fees, if applicable) that have been used.  No refund will be given to six-month advertisement contracts once the ad has begun on the Sea Media Network.  Once the ad has begun on the Sea Media Network for annual/one-year and nine-month advertisement contracts, the first installment (six-month payment) will not be refunded.    If the cancellation occurs prior to content distribution/narrowcast/broadcast, Sea Media, LLC/Gumbs Group, LLC will retain 25 percent of the contract, plus the production and editing charges, and talent fees (if applicable).  If the narrowcasting/airing of the advertisement is interrupted by any act of God, then Sea Media, LLC/Gumbs Group, LLC will not refund the remaining/unused contract amount, but will honor the remaining/unused contract amount if the system is able to go back online for operation.
